Roasting Schedule
We roast weekly to ensure peak freshness.
Orders may be held to align with the next roast day so your coffee ships as fresh as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Coverage
Hong Kong only. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Method
All parcels are shipped via SF Express.
Delivery Time & Fees
Estimated delivery: typically 1–3 business days after dispatch (location dependent within Hong Kong).
Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on SF Express rates.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your SF Express tracking number.
Track your parcel directly on the SF Express website using the provided number.
Packaging & Freshness
Coffee ships in airtight, resealable bags with protective packing to preserve flavor and prevent damage.
Delays & Exceptions
Processing/transport times may be longer during peak seasons, severe weather, or public holidays.
While SF Express manages delivery, contact us if you experience issues—we’ll do our best to help coordinate a resolution.
